Shipping & Returns


We offer free ground shipping on all U.S orders. We offer domestic and worldwide shipping through UPS.

For your convenience we offer Flat Rate shipping fees:

UPS Ground- Free

UPS 3 Day Select- $16.00

UPS 2nd Day Air- $25.00

UPS Next Day- $30-40.00

UPS Standard (Canada/Mexico Only)- $10.00

UPS International Economy- $40.00

UPS International Priority- $60.00

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. We share inventory with 3 of our store front locations, so merchandise may need to be transferred from another location. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email confirmation with your UPS tracking number. Registered users may also log in to view their order history and tracking information on the account page.

Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday may not be processed until 10am PST the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders over $1,000 may require a signature.

The estimated time of arrival for international shipping varies by country. Customs policies vary based on the country. Any import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country, and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Madison Los Angeles is not responsible for any duty, tax, or freight charges billed by the destination country as these are government implemented taxes that we cannot control. Please notify customer service if you decide you do not want to accept your order. If your order is refused upon receipt, you will be responsible for all associated fees and shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days after receiving your order. 

For your convenience we offer pre-paid UPS return labels with each domestic order. If you choose to use the provided label there will be a $10 return fee deducted from your refund.

Packages returned using your own label and preferred mail courier will not be subject to the $10 return shipping fee. Please be sure to keep a record of your return tracking information.

 If you are asked to provide an RA number it is the same as your Invoice number.


Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment for full priced merchandise only.

You will receive a refund confirmation via email once the return is processed and all funds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Return Guide How-To:

  1. Check the appropriate box next to the item you wish to return/exchange on your original invoice.

  2. Include the item(s) in the box with the invoice.

  3. Seal your package, and drop it off at your nearest UPS/Courier location.

 Your RA number is the same as your Invoice number, so if necessary you can write it anywhere on your label.

Please Note

Your order may not be refunded immediately the day it is delivered. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing. We do not refund shipping charges. 

All sale items, special orders, and accessories including belts, handbags, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, swimwear and hats are FINAL and not eligible for a refund. 

Full priced items purchased using a promo code or during a flash sale are eligible for exchange or credit voucher only. 

We only price match with credible website. The same exact style and size must be available for us to honor the sale price. Price match purchases are final.

What you can return:

We only accept returns for regular priced merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if for any reason the returned item(s) do not comply with our policy.

What you can't return:

Items with missing tags that have been washed, worn, are covered in animal hair, or exposed to smoke will not be accepted.

All sale items and special orders are final sale. No exceptions.

All accessories including belts, jewelry, scarves, sunglasses, scarves, and hats are not eligible for a refund. The no-refund policy also applies to all apothecary items, intimates, and swimwear.

For shoe returns: if the original shoe box is missing or returned to us damaged we cannot issue a refund.


Please follow our return instructions if you would like to make an exchange. You can notify us via phone or email if you would like to exchange the original item for something else. We will confirm that the item you wish to exchange is available and place it on hold until we receive the item you are returning.

You can only exchange your order once. If you wish to return an exchanged item you will be refunded in store credit.

In Store Exchanges/Returns: You may return or exchange online merchandise at any of one of our 3 storefront locations. Please be aware that the store cannot refund you at the time you drop off your order. All online returns are processed separately.
