RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 10 business days of receipt of purchase. Please follow the return/exchange instructions below.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges.

Please note that all markdown merchandise is Final Sale, no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions.

All Acessories (Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Hats, Scarves, Haircare, Handbags, Bathing Suits, Apothecary) are not eligible for refund. A web/store credit only will be issued upon return of these items.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Here are the basic steps:

  1. Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in. Please call if you have any questions at 323-651-4003 ext 7.
  2. Please download this Return Authorization Form, and make sure it is filled out completely , and include it with your return.
  3. Madisonlosangeles.com is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. However, we will give a full refund on a credit card for the amount of the item purchased.
  4. All products must be unused and undamaged, and with all tags and accessories to ensure a full credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
  5. ALL items that are special ordered for a customer are non refundable. A web/store credit will be issued.
  6. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return.   7. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
  8. Customers can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if the item is returned within 10 business days after the item has been received. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit or may be denied.
    ONCE MADISONLOSANGELES.COM RECEIVES THE RETURNED ITEM,WE WILL ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE REFUND OR CREDIT, AND THEN SEND YOU A COPY OF THE RECEIPT VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE.

Return Rules and Restrictions

Returns must be made within 10 business days of purchase to receive a refund of payment.

When shipping a return, you must include a copy of the receipt. Be certain to save copies for your records.

Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

Sale items are non-returnable, no exceptions.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Care department at 323-651-4003 ext. 7.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We offer an extended return policy for all orders placed during 11/23-12/24. All orders place within this timeframe can be returned before 1/15. Returns are accepted only on unworn merchandise in all original packaging and with tags.

INSTORE RETURNS
We will accept returns of merchandise bought online to any of our Madison Store Locations (Madison Robertson, Madison Brentwood, Madison Melrose, Madison Malibu, Madison Gallery in Malibu) You can drop off the item(s) to any of the aforementioned stores. They will transfer the item(s) to our website headquarters, at which point we will issue you a refund and mail the receipt to you. The store cannot issue you a refund at the time of drop-off. This process will take no more than 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING NOTE
Please allow up to 1-2 days to fully process order.
MadisonLosAngeles.com ships via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while UPS is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, you may purchase Overnight Shipping at an additional charge.

International Shipping
MadisonLosAngeles.com ships worldwide. International shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout by UPS. UPS bases the cost on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process.
